When you add a shared calendar to Outlook (via right click > add calendar > shared calendar) it does a look up in the address book but only. Last week the calendar stop showing events past June 1st. I created the shared mailbox and then hid it in the GAL (because I don't want users to use the mailbox, just the calendar) and this results in users not being able to add the calendar to their Outlook.

Nothing seems to be working here and I am completely stumped.I know this question has been sort of asked, but I have a specific issue which I haven't found the answer for. Several of them are now unable to update a shared calendar when work to Outlook. If I go through Mail in the control panel, it says that there is no secure connection to the server, and fails also on the unsecured connection, not giving any detail at all on why that is (maybe there is a log somewhere that I don't know about?). Office 365 (which obviously don't help me). It lets me retry or select a different option e.g. It does not go away, but if I close the prompt then Outlook stops and says that there was an error.

When I try to add the email by opening Outlook for the first time, I selected setup account manually, selected Exchange, then it starts doing a repeated password prompt.

Both have valid licenses (Office is licensed through O365) and Windows Pro through the manufacturer. The office suite is 100% updated, as is Windows. On their old computer, I tried to set it up again with the same credentials on 2013 and it worked just fine, leading me to believe that this is an issue with Outlook 2016 and not Rackspace. And lastly nice rich calendaring including multiple calendars, the ability to share calendars, reminders and occurrences and colour coding I liked what I see so far Rackspace reports over 1000000 users of the service and that’s split between large enterprises (PGA uses the product) right through to small ones. The user's password is valid and I can access it on the webmail and set it up properly on their phone and tablet. I've tried to completely reinstall office, repair it, update it, all with no luck. I have tried literally every single proposed solution in this thread, this thread, this one, and a few spicework threads that I cannot seem to find in my history for some reason. There have been several threads over the past few weeks about Outlook 2016 prompting for passwords, and several people have had luck creating registry keys, deleting files, updating office, etc.
